Backed by years of experience and a deep understanding of the complexities within the NDIS, we work in partnership with adults and young people to develop and achieve functional goals, specific to their individual and diverse needs

Occupational Therapy.

Occupational Therapy Services under NDIS, including:

  • Functional Capacity Assessments

  • Housing Assessments – SIL/ SDA/ ILO/ community

  • Workplace or School based assessments

  • Home and Environmental Assessments

  • Sensory Processing/ Profile Assessment

  • Goal setting, therapeutic intervention and evaluation

  • Community or Telehealth appointment

Positive Behaviour Support.

Positive Behaviour Support under NDIS, including:

  • Functional Behavioural Assessment and Reporting

  • Development of interim and comprehensive positive behaviour support plans.

  • Engagement with families, providers and other supports to implement and review positive behaviour support strategies.

  • Delivery of training to providers and supports

  • Development of resources to assist with implementation of behaviour support strategies.

As a registered provider, our service fees align with the NDIS price guide.

We also offer Allied Health Assistants to assist in our care delivery.

Clinical services can be engaged at a private rate.

Depending on your individual needs, clinical services include a mix of in person and clinical administration tasks.

In many instances, it can look like:

  • Functional OT or behavioural assessment

  • Clinical Risk Assessment

  • Intervention at home or in the community

  • Resource development

  • Review of care/ progress updates

  • Report writing

  • Equipment research and sourcing

  • Liaising with family/ carers or other relevant services

    (with consent)

  • Provider Travel (MMM1-7 regions)

  • Other administrative services related to clinical service delivery
