Inclusive Allied Health Consulting believes every individual deserves access to exceptional care and support.
Backed by years of experience and a deep understanding of the complexities within the NDIS, we work in partnership with adults and young people to develop and achieve functional goals, specific to their individual and diverse needs.

Our service fees align with the NDIS price guide and OT services are charged under the Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living component of your plan.
We also offer Allied Health Assistants to assist in our care delivery.
Clinical services can be engaged at a private rate.
Depending on your individual needs, Occupational Therapy services may look like:
Assessment
Intervention at home or in the community
Resource development
Review of care/ progress updates
Report writing
Equipment research and sourcing
Liaising with family/ carers or other relevant services
(with consent)
Provider Travel (MMM1-7 regions)
Other administrative services related to clinical service delivery

No. We are a community-based service – we recognise the value of supporting people to develop their skills in environments familiar to them, and where they have access to resources they use every day.
We can liaise about the best place to meet when we schedule the first appointment.

We do our best to align our clinicians to your needs to ensure the best fit.
We also recognise trust and rapport takes time, and we will work with you at your pace to build a meaningful therapeutic relationship.

Clinical administration refers to any work that is completed to support the clinical goals and outcomes that is not completed face to face.
This includes but is not limited to completing case notes, risk assessments, reporting, liaison with other services and resource development.
This is considered an important component of quality care – please reach out to your clinician if you would like additional information related to clinical administration in your care.

That’s ok, we understand there are limited funds for all types of services. Let us know what your needs are and we can prioritise from there.
Functional capacity assessments are not always required, particularly if one has been completed in the last 12 months.

We schedule 60-minute sessions, but these can be reduced or extended depending on the level of need and capacity of the individual we are working with.
We will work with the individual and their family to determine the most suitable length of time.

Yes. We can provide private services, including assessment and intervention. The rate per hour aligns with the NDIS rate of $193.99.
We are not currently providing Medicare services.

Sometimes we work with young people to adults who have complex needs, which may include behaviours that place others at risk, or they are experiencing acute psychological distress.
There may also be a time where there are a number of clinicians are working together, and additional clinical review is required to support planning and future interventions.
In situations where multiple clinicians are required to attend, the Inclusive Allied Health clinician will confirm with you before hand.
